Flowers:
Five green sepals and five pale yellow, non-overlapping petals, about twice as long as the sepals. At the centre are a ring of yellow stamens around a near-spherical cluster of short green carpels. Flowers are produced in an open, branched, leafy panicle
Leaves:
Ovate, hairless, long-stalked, lined by a few small teeth and crossed by faint, pinnate veins
